Oase in Cologne

Very nice and helpful social workers.

I was there today and wanted to take a shower. I rang the bell when they opened the door, but only someone else was allowed in. Then I was asked with a very rude tone what I was doing here, whereupon I said that I would like to take a shower, the answer was only taking a shower is currently not possible because of corona then the door was slammed right in front of my nose without being asked if I needed anything else or if I could even ask how. B. Because of a sleeping bag or whatever else is offered so I didn't really feel as if someone was being helped that was very bad

Please help find a new accommodation. The oasis is so valuable !!

Very good facility ... support a lot of people who are in need and need help and support .. can only be recommended.

Very nice volunteers can be found here, there is food for the homeless and here you can pick up the mail if you are homeless ..

Small club with very dedicated professional social workers, editor of the famous street magazine "Draußenseiter" (absolutely worth reading, absolutely buy and read!), Clothing store, accommodation, Internet & computer, lockers, open meeting with food & drinks, separate smoking rooms, contact and Counseling center, outpatient support for people in life crises, everything available, very well thought-out concept.
